Shipping
All orders are accepted when your payment is processed and the agreed fee is received. Any email or other acknowledgment of your order is merely to report that your request has been received, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order.
We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct, and would encourage the customer to contact us if they have any additional queries outside the specifications given.
Delivery
Each item has its own delivery time dependent upon location and while we endeavour to deliver all items within 10 working days of processing your order, this cannot always be guaranteed. We do not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of late deliveries. If you have a specific requirement regarding delivery please email us on info@laveryring.com and we will endeavour to try and meet these requirements.
The upmost care is taking in the packaging of artworks. Insurance can be arranged on shipments, which is billed to the customer separately. Customers will be solely responsible for any import tax/duties that may occur within their own shipping country.

Delivery time approximations once the artwork has been dispatched by our shipping carrier: Ireland: next day UK: 2 working days EUROPE: 3-4 days OTHER DESTINATIONS: 5-7 days. These times may vary. By requesting to have an artwork shipped the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
Delivery charges.
Deliver charges are advised on our online shop page. We reserve the right to review and change these prices at any time. Shipping carriers may charge extra for oversized artwork and we reserve the right to pass this onto the customer.
Custom Duty may apply on deliveries to certain countries; this is on a country by country basis and will be charged to by your local Customs office. Customers will be solely responsible for any import tax that may occur within their own shipping country.
Packaging.
All prints and sculpture will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipment. All linocut prints will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and dispatched in a tube. Take care not to damage the packaging when opening. It is suggested that you save all of the packaging until you have fully inspected the items and you are sure that no damage has occurred during shipping. If you discover any shipping damage, please do contact us immediately to discuss the matter.
Online Returns and Exchange Policies:
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We strongly advise that you check your order thoroughly at the time of delivery.
If the returned print or sculpture is not in a fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights*.
Faulty or Damaged on Delivery
If the item delivered is faulty or damaged, you must notify the carrier upon receipt and also notify us within twenty four hours of the delivery by email including a photograph if possible. (info@laveryring.com)?
Goods must be returned in their original packaging; Tube for prints or original box and packaging for sculptures.
Refunds
Please note, we will refund you on orders within twenty eight days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please note, where prints have been deemed to have been delivered in a faulty or damaged condition we will refund the cost of return shipment.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account no longer exists
- The original account details have expired
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
